Shipping policy
We currently only ship order within the United Kingdom and offer free standard delivery on all order. We use Royal Mail as our delivery provider
Processing times
All prints are produced to order and we aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days and dispatch orders daily (excluding Sundays) typically your order will always be in the post by the following morning, with the exception of extremely busy periods or orders that may have an issue with postal details. Please check your delivery information is correct before finalising a purchase to make sure your order is dispatched on time. Should we experience any issue dispatching your order within our 1-2 working day time frame we will contact you to make your aware.
Free delivery option
All of our prints include Free Delivery, for this we use Royal Mail 2nd Class standard delivery, which is estimated at 2-4 days however this can fluctuate during busy periods and updates on all royal mail services can be found online at RoyalMail.com
Optional upgrades
At the checkout we have included optional extras, these include:
> Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, which is estimated a 2-4 working days, this upgrade is priced at a fixed rate of £1 per order.
> Royal Mail 1st Class standard, which is estimated at 1-2 working day, this upgrade is priced at a fixed rate of £1 per order.
> Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, which is estimated at 1-2 working day, this upgrade is priced at a fixed rate of £2 per order.
Please not that Signed For services are not tracked and will require a recopent to be available at the time of delivery. Larger order over the value of £50 will be sent with Tracking information and this will be included in the dispatch information with the order.
Packing
All order are packed in either card backed envelopes or cardboard postal boxes with additional card packaging where required. Each print is sealed in a cellophane bag and dispatch order form is included with the order details. Marked with Fragile tape and Do Not Bend stickers, we have a good track record of order arrive to you in the intended condition, ready for you to display and enjoy.
